As I am very OCD Myself and Pick the Very Best Shafts Available. We also Re-Finish every ADR147 Cue Ourselves, We Rub them all down/Re-Grain the Shafts and then Re-Oil them many times til were happy. Then we Buff the Ferrules and Fit a Brand New Tip to Every Cue.
