CYMRU CUES DELIVERY PRICES & RETURNS POLICY
UK Delivery (Mainland)
- UK Delivery Prices for Cues, Cases & Large Items will be from £14 for Tracked & Signed with Insurance Cover.
- If your items are in Stock we will try and dispatch the same day if possible from Monday to Thursday Excluding Bank Holidays.
- Smaller Items Ordered Under 1kg Including: Mini Butts, Telescopic Extensions etc will be £6.50 for 1st Class Signed For.
- If you Order Items that will fit inside a Jiffy Bag Including: Boxes of Cue Tips or Any Small Items the Cost will be £2.95 for 1st Class Signed For.
- Please contact us before purchasing at our Checkout, We will then provide you with quotes and services available for you to choose from.
Important Notice: If your buying from outside of the UK the website may NOT charge you the correct International Courier Delivery Charge! If this happens then we will have to charge you the extra cost incured and Payment will be needed before we book your item with the courier.
- All Parcels will be professionally packaged and fully insured, tracked & signature will be needed.
- We will always provide you with tracking numbers for your items so you can track the progress of your parcel at all times.
- When we send items abroad we use a courier agent who finds the best and most competitive price for your delivery.
- Cymru Cues returns policy. You have 48hrs after receiving your Order to contact us to request a return if the item or items have arrived damaged or faulty. This does not mean we have to receive the item back within 48hrs but you must contact us within 48hrs after receiving your Order.
- Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective or if you have received the wrong item by mistake. All our items are checked before dispatch and are very well packaged which will reduce the chance of any damage in transit, If any item or items arrives damaged or faulty then we need to contact our couriers within 48hrs from the time of delivery.
- Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy: Discounted Items, Gift Cards or Items you have purchased and no longer want cannot be returned or exchanged after it has been delivered.
- Returned items must still have the tags on if they come with tags or returned in the same condition that you received it, Unused or unworn in its original product packaging.
- If you make a Custom Order for Cues, Cases or Bespoke items made to suit your specifications, Then we can not offer returns for these items as all items will be checked before being dispatched.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use, If any item or items returned to us have been tampered with or opened then we will not replace or refund that item.
- If you paid Via Paypal who changed the user agreement as of 5th March 2020 these changes will go into effect. We will not charge you a fee to process the refunds, But the fees you paid from the Original Transaction will not be refunded.
- You will also need the Original Receipt or Proof of Purchase.
- All items must be returned back to us safely for them to be checked before we can offer a replacement or refund, Please email us: firstname.lastname@example.org before returning any items. If we no longer have that item or items in stock then we will offer a refund.
TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE – PLEASE COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING STEPS:

- You must contact us first before you send back your item, Otherwise your return will not be accepted.
- If we accept your return, We will explain what you will need to do next as it’s the responsibility of the customer to arrange and pay for the courier. Please make sure the item is very secure and well packaged, Please keep the Receipt Showing the Proof of Posting.
- Any Damage or Issues: Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective or if you have received the wrong item by mistake.
RETURNING ANY CUES or CASES
- Please Contact Us before returning any Cues or Cases at: firstname.lastname@example.org
- All Cues and Cases returned must be in the same condition as it was received with No Damage, Scratches, Marks, Knocks, Dints or signs of any wear as we double check every item before we dispatch.
- Please make sure all Cues and Cases are returned in the Original Packaging we sent you to ensure the safe return of them.
- When returning Cues or Cases we will need to see the Original Copy of the Receipt of Purchase, And if we accept returns we would also need to see Receipt of Posting with Tracking Numbers.
